Common Questions

How do my meal plan and workout program get created?

When you finish the onboarding questions, NXTLVL builds a personalized meal plan and workout program from your goals, body details, experience, schedule, and food preferences. Your in-app AI coach can answer fitness and nutrition questions day to day.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then select NXTLVL. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do refunds work?

All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are made to Apple, not to NXTLVL. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund through your Apple account.

How do I export or delete my data?

You can request a copy of your data, or permanently delete your account and all associated data, from the Profile tab inside the app. You can also email support@nxtlvl.coach and we will help.

Is NXTLVL medical advice?

No. NXTLVL is a general wellness and fitness app. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for a licensed healthcare professional. Always consult your physician before starting an exercise or nutrition program. See our Terms of Use for details.
